Salvation:
the act of saving or protecting from harm, risk, loss, destruction, etc.
Theology. deliverance from the power and penalty of sin; redemption
Through salvation by Christ Jesus we have access to supernatural protection from harm, risk, loss, destruction, and any other evil thing. The enemy keeps us bound by fear, but God promises to free us from them all!
Psalms 34:4
4 I sought the Lord, and He heard me,
And delivered me from all my fears.
Many times we hold on to things that we shouldn’t because we are afraid that we will be missing out on something. We are afraid that we will fail at functioning without it. In our own strength we will fail, but with the strength of God and His power by the Holy Spirit we are well equipped to succeed. The devil has stolen our freedom by using fear to keep us imprisoned.
Fear: a distressing emotion aroused by impending danger, evil, pain, etc., whether the threat is real or imagined; the feeling or condition of being afraid.
If the enemy can keep us in fear, than he can keep us from our purpose and destiny. He comes and distorts our perceptions of how we see ourselves and others, how we see our circumstances and our futures. He even perverted fear itself. We are to only fear the Lord. This kind of fear even has a completely different definition. In this case fear is:
reverential awe, especially toward God: the fear of God.
Synonyms: awe, respect, reverence, veneration.
Psalms 34:7
7 The angel[a] of the Lord encamps all around those who fear Him,
And delivers them.
So when we fear the Lord, He protects us and delivers us.
Psalms 34:8-10
8 Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!
9 Oh, fear the Lord, you His saints!
There is no want to those who fear Him.
10 The young lions lack and suffer hunger;
But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing.
When we fear the Lord He blesses us. He not only supplies our needs but also our wants (because they are lined up with His holiness/righteousness). We obtain access to all good things! So, what does the fear of the Lord look like?
Psalms 34:11-14
11 Come, you children, listen to me;
I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
12 Who is the man who desires life,
And loves many days, that he may see good?
13 Keep your tongue from evil,
And your lips from speaking deceit.
14 Depart from evil and do good;
Seek peace and pursue it.
When we fear the Lord we watch what we say, we’re honest, we do what’s good according to God’s word, and we stay out of drama and run after peace. We fear Him because we are choosing to live long, prosperous, and productive lives.
The spirit of fear is a weapon of destruction that is used by the devil to keep us anxious, doubting, and in chaos. The fear of the Lord will bring us peace in every area of our lives. Today I bind up the spirit of fear operating in our lives to bring torment and destruction and loose the fear of the Lord that brings peace, provision, and goodness to our lives. I declare that we are saved delivered and completely set free from fear and are moving forward into the goodness of God and His purpose for our lives.
Father, we thank You for salvation that brings deliverance. We thank You that You have given us access to every good thing. Forgive us for holding on to fear. Today we choose to fear You alone. We activate our faith to a new level and receive Your perfect love that casts out all fear. We reject who the enemy says we are and receive our identity in You alone. We purpose ourselves to be bold and courageous as we walk in the fear of the Lord. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.
The anointing of Moses is being released. The deliverer is present. Let my people go you stronghold spirit. Let go you spirit of religion. Let go you spirit of fear. Let go you spirit of mental illness. I command you to scatter. I release peace to the hearts and minds of my people. Peace to the regions. Peace to the nations. I have set a path before you, you only need to walk in it for My name’s sake. My glory will not depart. My blood will withstand your enemies says the Lord.
