1 Corinthians 3:5-8
Watering, Working, Warning
5 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers through whom you believed, as the Lord gave to each one? 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. 8 Now he who plants and he who waters are one, and each one will receive his own reward according to his own labor.
Ultimately, God is in control. We must submit to His process and labor in obedience. It is then that He increases us with His reward. If you do nothing with your seeds, then you will stay stagnant and unfruitful.
The morning after my prayer vision, I experienced a powerful time at church. Towards the end of service, we did a prophetic act of digging out the roots of seeds that the enemy planted in the groves of our nation. It was a right on time action that I believe shifted the atmosphere and pushed back the strategies of the enemy! For those of you who don’t worship with me, I encourage you to do this in your own time. Pray for our families, culture, and nation. Come against every seed of evil that the devil has planted and has taken root in the hearts of God’s people and all the people of this nation. Prophetically reach down and pull up these roots until the grove is completely dug out.
So now what? We cannot leave the grove empty. The seeds of fire are to be planted in this grove. The Lord answered my question. He said that I couldn’t water these seeds with ordinary water. Plain water will put the fire of the seeds out! These seeds must be watered from the water that flows from the Holy Spirit and Prophecy. This is the rain that comes directly from Heaven and Gods eyes are always on it! From the beginning of the year to the end, God will take care of it. We now possess the grove because we planted our seeds.
Deuteronomy 11:9-12
9 and that you may prolong your days in the land which the Lord swore to give your fathers, to them and their descendants, ‘a land flowing with milk and honey.’[a] 10 For the land which you go to possess is not like the land of Egypt from which you have come, where you sowed your seed and watered it by foot, as a vegetable garden; 11 but the land which you cross over to possess is a land of hills and valleys, which drinks water from the rain of heaven, 12 a land for which the Lord your God cares; the eyes of the Lord your God are always on it, from the beginning of the year to the very end of the year.
We have to move forward with passion and diligence. We have to use what God has given us by the power of the Holy Spirit. If we stand still, we give the enemy opportunity to come back into the grove. We must keep these seeds burning. The fire of God’s fruitfulness is what is going to turn this nation back to Him!
Father, we thank You for prophetic revelation and instruction. Forgive us for allowing the enemy to take root in the groves of our nation. We receive your seeds of fire and plant where the enemy once took root. Lead us with instruction prophetically by the Holy Spirit that we may water these seeds with heaven’s rain. Help us labor with passion and revelation that comes from prayer and the presence of Your glory. We want to crucify our flesh and walk in the purity of Your Spirit. Increase us according to our labor for Your glory. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen!
